# Ziannah > AI architectural rendering in your browser. Turn SketchUp, Revit, and Rhino models into photoreal renders in under a minute. Built for architects and interior designers. Ziannah is an AI-powered architectural visualization platform. The product runs entirely in the browser, requires no GPU or installs, and produces photoreal renders in 10 to 30 seconds. The site at https://ziannah.com is currently a pre-launch waitlist; the product is in active development. Web-first at launch, with native plugins for SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and ArchiCAD on the roadmap. This file (llms-full.txt) contains the complete content of the site for AI systems that prefer ingesting full text in one document rather than crawling individual pages. A shorter index is available at https://ziannah.com/llms.txt. --- ## About Ziannah ### What it does Ziannah is an AI rendering tool for architects and interior designers. Users upload a view from any modeling application (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD, or others), assign materials and lighting through a browser interface, and receive a photoreal architectural render in 10 to 30 seconds. ### Who it is for Architects, interior designers, and architecture students. ### What it replaces Traditional rendering pipelines that require GPU-equipped workstations, hours of render time per frame, and specialized software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape. Ziannah replaces these with a browser tab. ### Where it runs In any modern web browser. No GPU, no installs, no plugins required. ### What stage it is at Pre-launch. The site is collecting waitlist signups. Pricing and feature scope shown on the site reflect the launch product; the team is open about which capabilities will ship on day one versus shortly after launch. --- ## Capabilities ### Materials Tag any wall, floor, or piece of furniture in your model and pick from a built-in library of real-world materials. The library includes wood, stone, fabric, metal, and glass categories. Users can also upload their own materials when a project needs something specific to a brand or supplier. ### Lighting Change the time of day or add interior lights without re-rendering from scratch. Switch between morning sun, overcast daylight, golden hour, and moody dusk through preset controls. ### Masks Draw masks over the surfaces you want to control precisely. Two zones are free per render. Additional zones cost half a credit each. The rest of the image stays exactly as set, so iterative edits stay focused. ### Upscale Push any render to higher resolutions when client deliverables need them. Supported resolutions: 2K, 4K (Pro), and 22K Ultra (Studio Pro only). ### Iterate Generate multiple variations of the same scene at once. Lock the parts that work and re-roll the rest. Run up to three concurrent renders on Creator, unlimited on Studio Pro. ### Export Share renders by link. Download in up to 4K (or 22K on Studio Pro). Hand off projects to teammates without redoing setup. --- ## Speed - Render time: 10 to 30 seconds for most images - Higher resolutions and more masks add a small amount of time - No queue, no batching needed for individual renders --- ## Render types Ziannah supports four primary architectural render types: - **Interior**: rooms, hallways, retail spaces, commercial fit-outs - **Exterior**: building facades, street views, residential and commercial - **Aerial**: top-down views, masterplan visualizations - **Elevation**: orthogonal architectural elevations Any building type, any time of day, any lighting mood. --- ## Supported modeling applications Users can upload images (screenshots, exported views, or raw pictures) from any modeling application, including: - SketchUp - Revit - Rhino - ArchiCAD - Other 3D modeling tools Direct plugin integration with SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and ArchiCAD is on the post-launch roadmap, which will let users send views from their modeling application to Ziannah without manual uploads. --- ## Pricing All plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual pricing offers roughly 20% savings compared to monthly. Beta opens August 14, 2026; free during beta, no credit card required. Upload a view from any modeling app (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD), assign materials, and get a photoreal render in 10 to 30 seconds, in your browser. ### How does Ziannah work? Upload any image of your model: a screenshot, an exported view from your modeling app, or any raw picture. Draw masks over the surfaces you want to control (walls, floors, furniture), assign materials from our built-in catalog or your own, and hit render. Plugins for SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and ArchiCAD are on the roadmap so you'll be able to send views directly from your modeling app without uploading anything. ### What file formats does Ziannah support? Standard image formats: PNG, JPG, and any raw picture of your model from any modeling app. You don't upload 3D files; you upload an image. Once we ship plugins, that image will travel directly from your modeling app to Ziannah without the upload step. ### How long does a render take? Most renders complete in 10 to 30 seconds. More masks and higher resolutions take a little longer. Upscaling is supported up to 22K. ### What kinds of renders can I create? Interiors, exteriors, aerials, and elevations. Any building type, any time of day, any lighting mood. You control materials, references, and style with masks, prompts, and presets. ### Can I use the renders commercially? Yes. You own your renders and can use them for client work, marketing, social media, or anywhere else. There are no restrictions on commercial use. ### Do I need to install anything? No. Ziannah runs entirely in your browser. No GPU, no plugins, no setup. ### Will there be SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino plugins? Yes, they're on the roadmap. Web-only at launch so we can ship faster to early users; native plugins for SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and ArchiCAD follow after launch. ### How is Ziannah different from traditional rendering software? Traditional rendering takes hours per frame, needs a powerful machine, and has a steep learning curve. Ziannah takes 10 to 30 seconds, runs in your browser, and works from a screenshot. No installs, no waiting, no learning curve. ### Are my uploads private? Yes. Your uploads and renders are private by default. Renders you choose to share publicly may be featured by us; everything else stays yours. ### When does Ziannah launch? Beta opens August 14, 2026. The first 100 architects on the waitlist get priority access plus 50% off any plan for life. Beta itself is free, no credit card required. Join the waitlist to be notified when access opens. ### Can I use Ziannah with my team? Solo accounts at launch. Team and studio workspaces are on the roadmap once there's enough demand. Let us know if that's important for you. --- ## Founder note > Every architect I talked to was either waiting four hours per render, or paying a viz studio hundreds of dollars per scene. Both options break the iteration loop. And iteration is where good design happens. > > Ziannah is the tool I wished I had: photoreal output in under a minute, any browser, no GPU, no installs. Built so you can try ten ideas in the time it used to take to render one. > > — Saad, founder --- ## Legal summary ### Privacy Ziannah extends GDPR-equivalent rights globally (EU, US/CCPA, Canada/PIPEDA).
