These terms set out the basis on which Ziannah is made available to you. Please read them before using the Site.
1. Acceptance
1.1These terms govern your access to and use of the website at ziannah.com and the tools made available on it (the "Site").
1.2By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Site.
1.3We may amend these terms as the Site changes. Continued use after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
2. Permitted use
2.1The Site is provided free of charge for lawful personal, educational, and commercial use.
2.2You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access the Site and use the tools for those purposes.
2.3No account is required, and we do not charge for access to the tools published on the Site.
3. Restrictions
3.1You must not use the Site to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to distribute malicious code.
3.2You must not interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to circumvent any security or access control, or probe or scan its infrastructure.
3.3You must not impose an unreasonable load on the Site, including by means of automated requests, scraping, or bulk downloading that degrades the service for others.
3.4You must not remove, obscure, or alter any notice of ownership displayed on the Site.
4. Tool output and no professional advice
4.1The tools perform arithmetic and formatting on the values you supply. They do not know your circumstances and cannot verify what you enter.
4.2Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, or other professional advice, and no professional relationship arises from your use of it.
4.3Results should be checked before they are relied upon for pay, a filing, a submission, or any other decision that carries consequences. Where the subject matter is regulated, you should consult a qualified adviser.
5. Your content
5.1You retain all rights in the values and text you enter into a tool, and you are responsible for having the right to use them.
5.2You are responsible for how any output produced by a tool is subsequently used.
6. Intellectual property
6.1The design of the Site, its original written content, its software, and the Ziannah name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us.
6.2You may quote or link to material on the Site with attribution. You may not republish it in substantial part, or present it as your own work, without our written permission.
7. Third party links and advertising
7.1The Site may contain links to third party websites, and may display advertising supplied by third parties.
7.2We do not control that material and do not endorse it. Your dealings with any third party reached from the Site are solely between you and that third party.
8. Availability
8.1The Site is provided on an as available basis. Features may be added, altered, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
8.2We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or that the Site will be free of defects.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
9.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and everything on it are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
9.2This includes, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non infringement.
9.3Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case the exclusions in this clause apply only so far as the law permits.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, wages, or goodwill, arising out of or connected with your use of the Site.
10.2This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from reliance on a figure produced by a tool or on any statement published on the Site.
10.3Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Indemnity
11.1You agree to indemnify us against any claim, liability, or cost arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
12. Copyright complaints
12.1We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, write to hello@ziannah.com identifying the work, identifying the material complained of, and stating that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
12.2Material that is the subject of a valid complaint will be removed or disabled without delay.
13. Governing law
13.1These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction.
13.2Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives you it.
14. General
14.1If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
14.2A failure to enforce any provision does not operate as a waiver of it.
14.3These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Site.
